Flowers in Spring

a child sprouts when the flowers
bloom
and lives amid a clean soil where rain
showers
and for growth needs enough air and
sunlight
but above all, she needs a safe space,
a garden
because without one the flowers will
die
and get trampled and walked on by walkers
in Spring
like how kids get shot by shooters
in school.
